Dick Kimble battles government stooges, the local sheriff, and a 7-foot tall monster. His brother has gone missing after a top secret project goes awry and Dick wants to find out why. But certain people don’t like him snooping around and Dick is on the run after he accidentally kills a corrupt agent.

Of course, being a social lothario and famous musician complicates matters. And when he finally locates his brother he finds there is a lot to the story he didn’t know. The brutal final scenes brings Dick, his brother, government agents, and local law enforcement all together for a climactic poolside clash.
